I am grateful for:

  • meaningful connections with family and friends

  • the little things I've accomplished this week

  • opportunities to sit down; stare into the skies

  • the time to heal... and like myself again

  • not having a zombie apocalypse (yet)

  • good food and great company

  • waking up and not being scared of being alive/living

  • books to read and movies/series to binge so as not to give in to anxiety and depression

  • being able to record this journey of healing and self care

  • lazy days and bed weather

  • being there for others

  • just being enough
