ICYMI: The Azar Trilogy by Grace McGinty

In case you missed it, The Azar Trilogy is a series written by paranormal romance author Grace McGinty. Bag-o lang tamon kadya nagkilal-anay ni author but according to fantasticfiction.com, "Grace McGinty has been a lot of things in her life; a librarian, a chocolatier, a law student, and an office worker. But in her heart, she has always been a storyteller." Kag ang dya nga series is just one of the many books nga ginsulat na on supernaturals and paranormals.

Ano karon ang kinalain na ka dya sa iban nga mga fantastic stories (nga ginahoard ko lang kag waay 'pa' nabasa). This series is LIT, pun intended, hay ang main character, Azar Nazemi, is an Ifrit. A race of Djinn, or Genies as they are known to Westerners, the Ifrit can read a fire and mold it to their will. Ang naman-an ko lang nga Djinn amo ang "genie" ni Aladdin who can grant three wishes sa maka"rescue" ka na sa wonderful lamp kag ang Genie in a Bottle in Christina Aguilera. Waay ako kamaan nga raku gali sahi ka djinn kag ang series nga dya is a good introduction sa djinn of the Arabian and Muslim mythology.

May mga libro gid man nga abi mo anay pasapayan mo lang basa hay raku pa man iban nga hirikuton (and you're still in the middle of another book series!) pay makibot ka lang nga munogtapos kaw dun gali sa Book 2. Amo dya ang Azar trilogy. Engaging ang plot, ang world-building kag ang characters. Slow burn man ang romance kag waay duro nga kadtanay (bukon tanda vampire) pay sizzling ang "couch time" and other furniture times. So if you're into action-adventure with steamy romance, touches of humor, the wonderful world of the Djinn, kag reverse harem, then you might want to check out this series.
